eCommLink is a privately held company based in Las Vegas, Nevada where it employs 70 people with extensive experience in the payments industry. eCommLink has a vast experience level in the processing of international and domestic transactions in the prepaid industry and has established relationships within the industry which streamline integration at startup. eCommLink has a unique flexible prepaid processing platform, with innovative features and industry experience that allows any Program to be customized for specific markets and client needs, while ensuring quality, security and time to market.
eCommLink utilizes a multi-tiered technology approach. At its core is a secure, scalable processor fully dedicated to handle all card transactions and network communication. Built on top of this is the STAX framework, which enables them to build a custom program base for the exact requirements of any Program. Their system allows EK to select and define value added feature sets for each unique program (i.e. bill pay, integrated third party benefits, savings purses, etc.), program delivery methods (physical, mobile and/or virtual), cardholder interactions, processes, reports, and administrative and access controls. They can support the full array of prepaid debit card programs, including general spend, payroll, corporate, teen/family, travel, government and gift cards. eCommLink is certified with Visa, MasterCard and Discover as a third-party processor, as well as the following ATM networks: PULSE, NYCE, Interlink, Plus, MoneyPass, AllPoint, Maestro, Cirreus and STAR. They are a licensed partner of American Express Incentive Services and certified to issue MasterCard's PayPass technology.

•             Prepaid Financial Solutions
EK utilizes Prepaid Financial Services as a contract consultant to provide specific security compliance and application processing services to its Projects. Michael Rejbeni is the Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Partner of PPFS. Formally, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer of TransCard. Previous to holding this position, he was the Vice President of Operations for nFinanSe. He was the President/COO of Hispanic Communications. Before entering the prepaid industry, Michael was in the telecommunications industry where he held senior operating positions with USLEC, MCI, TresCom International and WorldCom LDDS. Combined, he has more than 15 years of experience. Michael has sat on the security advisory committee for Discover Prepaid Card and has been involved with MasterCard in multiple committees such as security and fraud prevention. Michael has a BS in Business and marketing from the University of Miami.
PPFS brings a unique skill set which will streamline the approval process through Visa and bring valuable knowledge to create a program which is compliant at inception and remains compliant throughout the Program.
