EasyKard Inc., (“EK”) is a California Corporation organized in 2008 in order to provide innovative financial payment solutions and transaction processing to global financial markets. EK was founded by Tim Lightfoot, Finance & Marketing Degrees, CFP, who, after leaving IBM, a successful financial planning business in Canada, owned and operated a Fully Licensed Investment firm, servicing International-banking clients. Tim Lightfoot, has developed, built and launched over three hundred, computerized financial systems, has issued programs in the UK, Canada, Japan, and other foreign jurisdictions. With years of experience in developing computerized financial systems, EK offers complete services from building bankcard systems to customizing banking services. EK’s professional strength is in their personal attention, skilled development, industry resources and International banking contacts.

EK has been in the prepaid card industry since 2001. EK utilizes strategic partners who bring the most up to date financial transaction and management services to provide accurate real time reporting and tracking of consumer transactions as well as accounting to its financial partners and distributors.
EK also offers a vast array of services to merchants, program managers, and banking institutions as result of its status with strategic partners who are registered Visa ISO and its partner alliances, including international and domestic pay master services, prepaid card program management, merchant transaction processing, and information integration services. EK has the knowledge base and experience to deliver solutions to all facets of prepaid card and merchant transactions, from the ground up.

EK has aligned itself with a strategic partner (RAM Incorporated) to deliver a revolutionary Coupon and Rewards redemption program in conjunction with EK’s prepaid cards that is unique to the EK base of products. In short, EK will be able to offer unmatched benefits to their customers from the use of the EK prepaid family of cards. The Coupon and Rewards Redemption platform is expected to be in service by October, 2010.
